Add the course to Learndash
- Click “Add new”
- Add Kurs title: e.g. “Singen mit Kindern”
- Link the Course seminar
- Link the Course referenten
- Switch to “Settings”
- Set Kurs Content to Only visible to enrollees
- Set Access Mode to Geschlossen
- Set Kurs Progression to Free form
- Save by clicking Aktualisieren
Add the lessons
- Click “Builder”
- Click “New Lektion”
- Enter the title and click “Add Lektion”
- Important: click “Aktualisieren”
- Click “Bearbeiten” for the lesson
- There are 3 sections, each with a checkbox that lets you control whether each section is displayed on the lesson: Description, Video and PDF
- If you want to display text enter in “Lesson description”
- If using a video upload it to YouTube and copy the URL into “URL Eingeben”
- If using a PDF add it using “Datei hinzufügen”. Upload into the PDF folder
- click “Aktualisieren”
- Go back to the course and repeat for each lesson
Add the users
This can be done in one of two ways
1. Add the users in “Benutzter”. As you add them you can enroll the in the course.
or
2. Add the users in “Benutzter” and, when they all entered, go back to the course. You can enroll all the users in the “Settings” section.
